Selector Playbooks in Focus: Next-Generation Automation of NGS Workflows

In this webinar, Devon Ryan, Head of Scientific Consulting, Genedata Selector, discusses the lifecycle of an NGS-based assay and how Genedata Selector Playbooks facilitate the development and evolution of multiple assays in parallel. At the beginning of the lifecycle, method development is typically performed in the wet bench laboratories to test different conditions and NGS library preparation kits. Once the raw NGS data is imported, analysis development using the automated and tracked workflows provided by the Genedata Selector Playbooks allows the user to lock in settings and accelerate visualizations and report generation.
