In this demonstration, Devon Ryan, Ph.D., who leads the scientific development of NGS-based applications in biosafety and cell line development, presents a use case of Genedata Selector® for comprehensive biosafety testing assessment. He highlights the stages where our enterprise software solution provides value in streamlining decision-making during the development of viral-vectored vaccines. Devon focuses on quality control also known as product integrity testing and the importance of checking for any accumulated mutations that could be problematic and affect product development. He provides a live demonstration of how the Playbooks in Genedata Selector enable automated data analysis for Go/No-Go signals based on customizable metrics for automated reporting.
