High-Throughput Intact Mass Analysis Using Parameterization

In this short presentation, Chen Gu of Merck & Co., Inc. describes an automated, parameterized method for high-throughput intact mass analysis of candidate therapeutic antibody molecules. To meet the challenge of intact mass analysis on 100–200 distinct mAb samples within 1–2 days, his group developed a streamlined LC-MS method, and together with Genedata, created a parameterized MS data workflow that enabled high-throughput intact mass analysis and detection of errors or unexpected behavior in the samples.
