Anders Giessing, Ph.D., from Novozymes describes how his team uses Genedata Expressionist for fully automated, truly high-throughput HCP analysis of a wide range of samples. By adopting this solution, they were able to overcome critical MS data processing bottlenecks and meet their throughput goal of 200 samples per day. Despite ever-increasing sample numbers and limited personnel and computing infrastructure, this dramatic increase in productivity enabled HCP analysis turnaround times to be maintained while improving data quality.
