最小限のメンテナンス
Genedata Screenerのインストール作業は非常にシンプルで、たった数時間で完了します。システム管理も容易で、管理者はアドミンダッシュボードを使用することで、全記録の管理、正常性の確認、デバッグ等を円滑に行うことができます。また、各組織の環境でソフトウェアのパフォーマンスが保たれるよう、定期メンテナンスを実施しています。

モジュール型の設計
Genedata Screenerは、組織毎に異なる・変化していく要件に合わせて利用できるよう、モジュール型のソフトウェア構成をとっています。そのため、その時々の運用規模に最適なパッケージを選択し、ハイコンテント画像解析や生物物理学的解析など、希望する実験系を組み合わせて利用することができます。Genedata Screenerチームが貴組織の要件を詳細にヒアリングし、最適な導入プランを提案させていただきます。
また、組織毎に採用されている解析方法やレポート作成方法などの独自ワークフローに対応すべく、柔軟に活用できる各種APIを用意しています。
Out-of-the-Box（即時利用可能）
Genedata Screenerは、ウェルあたりのパラメーター数やプレート形式に関わらず、業界標準の測定機器から数値データなどを取り込み、効率的に連携することができます。時系列や温度を横軸としたデータや、細胞の特徴がパラメーターとなっているフローサイトメトリーならびにハイコンテントスクリーニングのデータにも対応しています。
全てのデータのインポートはPythonやJavaベースのAPIによって処理されます。このAPIが、ウェル毎の生データや実験のメタデータを取り込み、Genedata Screenerのワークフローへ受け渡します。Genedata社が連携を保証している機器については、以下をご確認ください。（各組織が自要件に合わせて独自に導入・運用されているシステムにおける連携は含まれません）
