Genedata Screener 19.0の新たな自動化機能は、バイオ医薬品の研究開発における一般的なアッセイの効率化とスケールアップを実現します。膨大なデータをインタアクティブに可視化することで、研究者は各実験で実施された全ての細胞タイプを横並びに比較しながら、膨大な解析結果に対し柔軟かつ迅速にレビュー、解釈、アノテーション付け、そして承認できます。
主要なアッセイアプリケーション：
• ハイスループットフローサイトメトリーで用いられる細胞パネル、プライマリー細胞、QIFIKIT®ビーズアッセイ：ゲーティングを複数の細胞タイプにまたがり柔軟に調整し、実験規模に関わらず、データキャプチャ、トレーサビリティ、生データから最終結果までの履歴を追跡
• ハイスループットエピトープビニングアッセイ： 数十万の抗体の組み合わせの解析によって、バイオ医薬品の開発初期段階でより良い抗体の候補を効率的に選択
• サーマルシフトアッセイ：大きなマルチドメインタンパク質だけでなく、CETSAのような新たなテクノロジーを使用し、細胞環境における結合と安定を決めるTSAに対し、数万のサンプルの一つあるいは複数の融解温度を定量化・可視化
• SPRアッセイ：数千のサンプルに対し、自動処理とともに効率的なセンサグラムの可視化をレビュー、アノテーション付け
