NGS-Driven Critical Quality Attribute Assessment of Biologically Synthetized mRNA Therapeutic Products
Ivan Singer, Business Development Manager, Genedata, Boston, MA, USA

Critical quality attributes (CQAs) assessment is necessary to ensure the timely delivery of safe and effective biologically-derived mRNA-based therapies. Limitations of currently used approaches for monitoring CQAs are solvable with next-generation sequencing (NGS). Genedata Selector® is an end-to-end enterprise software solution streamlining NGS-based assays for Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product development and manufacturing. The software automates and standardizes NGS-based assays, helping to bring life-changing treatments to production faster.

NGS-Based Quality and Safety Control for Cell and Gene Therapy Products
David Killen, Business Development Manager, Genedata, Boston, MA, USA

For cell and gene therapies, speed and safety are critical for success. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) addresses the limitations faced when using current approaches in development and product characterization. Genedata Selector is an end-to-end software solution for NGS-based cell and gene therapy development and manufacturing assays. It supports in-house NGS-based testing of product safety, quality, and integrity in an automated and standardized manner.

Developing RNA Therapeutics With the Genedata Biopharma Platform
Yi-Wei Lee, Scientific Account Manager, Genedata, Boston, MA, USA

The widespread application of RNA technologies requires optimization of the RNA cargo and its delivery system, which affects pharmacokinetics, tissue targeting, and therapeutic utility. However, comprehensive characterization and evaluation of a vast number of potential molecules and delivery systems is challenging and requires a specialized data infrastructure for efficient R&D. The Genedata Biopharma Platform enables timesaving capture and analysis of all data required to rapidly progress new RNA therapeutic candidates. The platform ensures data integrity, enables maximum workflow automation, and serves as an essential structured data foundation for AI/ML.

An Automated Data Analysis Workflow for Accelerating Confident Detection of Low-Abundance HCPs
Amy Claydon, Scientific Account Manager, Genedata, London, UK

In HCP analysis, LC-MS/MS is often used as an orthogonal method to provide information complementary to conventional assays. However, due to the complexity of the generated data and low intensity MSMS spectra for low abundance HCPs, an efficient data processing, analysis, and reporting platform is required to keep pace with throughput demands and prevent data handling from becoming a bottleneck. We present a highly customizable automated MS data processing workflow configured to streamline analysis of data from TIMS-TOF-PASEF experiments and increase confidence in HCP identifications.

Enhancing New Peak Detection (NPD) in the Multi-Attribute Method (MAM) Through a Streamlined Data Analysis Workflow
Christian Loeffeld, Business Account Manager, Genedata, Basel, Switzerland

MAM enables simultaneous identification and monitoring of product quality attributes at the molecular level and can be implemented at multiple stages of biopharmaceutical development. Regardless of implementation, all MAM approaches require a new peak detection (NPD) component. We present an innovative data analysis approach for NPD that incorporates advanced preprocessing; sophisticated visualizations; and flexible, configurable processing workflows to deliver a robust and unbiased NPD.
