Assessing protein-protein and protein-small molecule kinetic binding curve profiles requires time and expertise – assessing thousands becomes a bottleneck. Amgen and Genedata have developed an AI-based classifier that automatically assigns binding profiles to Biacore SPR and Octet BLI kinetic curves. With 95% accuracy to the performance of Amgen expert classification, this workflow automates the assignment of binding profiles, significantly reducing manual effort and preventing user bias.
