Screen Smarter: Automating Oligonucleotide Hit Selection Across RT qPCR, RNA-seq and Beyond
April 30, 2026
Hit selection in oligonucleotide discovery is becoming increasingly complex, as larger libraries are screened across multiplexed, high‑throughput readouts such as RT‑qPCR and RNA‑seq. These approaches generate large, multidimensional datasets that are difficult to process consistently with manual workflows, limiting confidence in data‑driven decision‑making and downstream AI/ML applications.
We developed Screener, a specialized software solution that automates quality control, analysis, and reporting across diverse screening assays, including high‑throughput RNA‑seq, RT‑qPCR as well as many others. Automated QC, standardized feature extraction and integrated hit ranking enable faster and reproducible identification of high‑quality hits while maintaining full data traceability. By structuring complex screening datasets in a consistent and scalable manner, Screener supports confident hit selection and ensures data integrity for downstream modeling workflows.
