Selecting the Right Indication by Analyzing Diverse Datasets

This use case demonstrates how public data and in-house data can be collectively analyzed using Genedata Profiler^®, the Bio-IT Award-Winning data integration, and analytics platform to select the right therapeutic indications for clinical trials. To achieve this, data from diverse sources were ingested into the translational research data inventory, harmonized, and integrated for downstream analysis with innovative analytics tools.

This enables scientists to address key translational questions such as “which patient will respond to a specific treatment?” by identifying gene signatures representative of response for application to other datasets.
