Harmonizing Analysis of Growth Inhibition and Cytotoxicity Assays

This application note describes a solution in Genedata Screener that enabled scientists across Merck to analyze cellular toxicities and growth inhibition simultaneously. With this solution, it was possible to:

• Harmonize analysis across different departments and sites.
• Increase result robustness and promote best practices.
• Automatically perform important normalization steps and derive key decision parameters.
