The entire workflow is automated, beginning with requests for MS analysis of samples. This includes barcoding and label printing, liquid handling, MS measurement, retrieval of MS raw data and sequence information, data processing and analysis, and ultimately, reporting directly back to the requesting scientist. The status of the samples is continuously tracked throughout the process.
