The engineering of bispecific and multi-specific antibodies is rapidly evolving to support novel therapeutic applications, necessitating sophisticated and systematic approaches to molecular design and data management. Diverse formats such as tandem-scFv-Fc, dual-variable domain immunoglobulins (DVD-Ig), nanobodies, and other parametric variants present unique challenges in ensuring data integrity, avoiding redundancy, and facilitating data reusability and seamless transfer across workflows. To address these complexities, we introduce a data management and workflow support platform capable of registering and interpreting structurally diverse molecular formats. This platform enables molecule design, in-format screening, and comprehensive evaluation of samples, assays, and analytical outputs. By automating the entire end-to-end workflow, from molecular registration and sample screening to data capture, analysis, and interpretation, the platform centralizes all experimental data, ensuring seamless integration and readiness for the application of AI/ML tools. Through this approach, we aim to accelerate the discovery and development of next-generation antibody therapeutics, fostering data-driven innovation and enhancing translational outcomes.
