A Platform Approach to Manage Developability and Manufacturability Risks of Biologics Molecules
Christopher Smith, PhD, Head of Biologics US, Genedata
Wednesday, January 30 | 13:30–14:00
We present a workflow system that uses both in silico and high-throughput analytical methods to enable efficient developability and manufacturability assessments from discovery to the later stages of the biologics R&D and manufacturing processes. We will present examples of applying mass spectrometry-based analytics—such as intact mass analysis, peptide mapping, and glycan analysis—to standard IgGs and complex multi- and bispecific formats, and will discuss building predictive models for developability utilizing this system.
