ウェビナー動画:Genedata ScreenerによるThermal Shift Analysis(TSA)

Thermal Shift Assays (TSA), or Differential Scanning Fluorimetry (DSF), is a label-free screening method used to determine protein properties such as thermal stability and ligand binding affinity. With Genedata Screener® you can robustly and efficiently analyze the many temperature curves created and reduce the analysis time with as much as days for screens with thousands of compounds. This webinar will show how to go from set-up and data import to quality control, review of the raw temperature curves, data analysis, and result generation.

Two specific TSA applications will be demonstrated:

  • High-throughput analysis of protein thermal stability using melting temperature algorithms
  • Using a Boltzmann fit strategy on melting curve dilution series to determine ligand binding affinities between one compound and several targets
