Genedata worked together with scientists at AstraZeneca to develop a flexible, automated data processing workflow for efficiently processing the large amounts of data generated by a new MS-based screening platform. Adopting Genedata Expressionist led to a seven-fold decrease in processing time with elimination of potentially error-inducing manual interactions. Full integration with Genedata Screener provides plate-wise visualization of results as a heat map, enabling routine QC and fast identification of potential hits.
