Personally-identifiable information

Genedata may collect personally-identifiable information for the purposes of carrying out support services in relation to hosted services when users register or request for support. The personally-identifiable information collected may consist of information that you provide, such as names, mailing addresses, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers. In addition, Genedata collects certain information that you do not visibly enter, such as your IP address, browsing pattern on the web based site, click stream, and the status of cookies placed on your computer by Genedata, as described below.

Genedata uses your personally-identifiable information to fulfill your requests for support or for other business purposes, upon your request. We may keep your personally-identifiable information on file and use it to contact you for marketing purposes. Genedata may also provide your personally-identifiable information to any of its affiliates worldwide for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under any agreement it has with you relating to hosted services.

Cookies and IP addresses

The Genedata site uses cookies to identify you and your interests and to track usage of the site. Trans-border hosting and transfer of information

Personally-identifiable information collected on the Genedata site may be transferred from time to time to Genedata offices or personnel, located throughout the world, including offices located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United States (that may not have laws of general applicability regulating the use and transfer of such data). By using the Genedata site and submitting such information on it, you voluntarily consent to such trans-border transfer and hosting of such information.
