The Position

To support our continued growth worldwide, we are currently looking for an experienced Specialist in Legal Contract Management for our Administrative team.

This part-time position (50%-80%) is based in Basel, Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the interface between Legal, Finance, and Business functions
• Maintain our customer contract database (SharePoint)
• Ensure all contracts and related documents are recorded properly
• Ensure proper filing of paper contracts and other legal documents
• Ensure a smooth process from contract inception to final contract filing
• Support the Legal Counsel and the Contract Manager with administrative tasks (e.g. collect signatures)
• Act as a deputy for the Contract Manager (e.g. track upcoming invoices, initiate the customer invoicing process)

Your Profile

• Proven track record in the administration of legal contracts (e.g. as a paralegal)
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong in interacting with a multiple internal stakeholders, e.g. Legal, Finance and Business team members
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Experience with SharePoint preferred
