About the Role
Salesforce is our long-term sales and marketing automation platform which has the following product enabled: Sales Cloud, Pardot, FinancialForce and others third party systems.
In this role, your duties will include supporting the Salesforce & FinancialForce ecosystem. To ensure success in our environment, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration, exchange with different stakeholders to identify and clarify business requirements and track change requests with an agile methodology.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
- Support the Sales and Marketing end users with organizational processes
- Collaborate with Business Application Owners from Finance, Project Management, Salesforce admin and IT
- Continuous improvement of FinancialForce Professional Services Automation (PSA), FinancialForce Accounting (FFA), FinancialForce Billing Central (FFBC) and FinancialForce Revenue Management (FFRM)
- Perform maintenance, evaluation, installation, and documentation tasks
- Provide end-user training
Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce admin in a similar environment
- Knowledge of core financial areas such as AP, AR, GL with the ability to transform business objectives and functional requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with Salesforce data management using various tools
- Certification as Salesforce certified admin or Salesforce advanced admin is a plus
- Solid knowhow of backend infrastructure (object dependencies, meta data)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
