Associate Product Manager, Genedata Screener, CH-Basel

The Position

The role is centered on the development and maintenance of our software solution Screener, a high-performance data processing, quality control and analytics solution for screening experiments in R&D organizations. Our customers and users work with multiple technologies and applications used in drug research and development, so you need to have a very good understanding of what this type of work means, from the challenges of laboratory work and data handling to the financial and time pressures within pharmaceutical organizations.

We believe that scientific experiments only reach their full potential if you use proper solutions to analyze the data, and that data analysis software needs to evolve along with the laboratory and research activities it supports. As Product Manager, your job will be to make sure our software does just that. You will collect information from customers, collaboration partners, and colleagues and hear many views and opinions on how Screener should evolve. It will be up to you to continuously consolidate and assess this feedback, develop proposals for product development, and explain your insights to our development team to help them create a useful and intuitive solution. You will also communicate the value of the developed capabilities to our customer-facing teams and sometimes to our customers.

This full-time position (100%) is based at our offices in Basel, Switzerland.

  • Convey your knowledge to our development team and be available to answer any questions that may arise during implementation
