About the Role

Are you a Microsoft Exchange and Teams systems administrator? We are seeking to grow our global IT team to maintain our hybrid Exchange environment and further drive Teams rollout in our offices worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain the on-premises Microsoft Exchange implementation and Exchange Online with all aspects of a hybrid setup
  • Keep on-premises Microsoft Exchange 2016 up to date with multiple servers and Database Availability Group (DAG) environment
  • Prepare and lead the rollout of Microsoft Teams and configure connected Office 365 services like SharePoint-, OneDrive- and Exchange-Online
  • Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot Exchange & Teams related issues
  • Write PowerShell scripts to automate reoccurring tasks
  • Coordinate with external service providers for optimal integration & setup
  • Configure Mobile Device Management and Multi-Factor Authentication
  • Document changes, fixes, and maintenance schedule
  • Provide trainings/guidance to users if requested

Skills & Experience

  • At least 5 years’ proven experience as Microsoft Exchange Administrator
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Teams administration and related Office 365 services
  • Experience with one or multiple of the below is a plus:
    • McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO)
    • Windows Server Update Service (WSUS)
    • Windows Deployment Services (WDS)
    • Azure AD
    • Microsoft VPN (IPSec)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Sound knowledge of internet security, mail flow and data privacy principles
  • Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
  • Ability to work within a global team/organization
