About the Role

Are you looking for a part-time opportunity and would like to gain meaningful professional experience into different areas of marketing alongside your studies? Do you want to help us promote the next generation assay analysis and management software platform www.genedata.com/screener

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a temporary team member as of January 2024, or by agreement to support the marketing team, onsite 1 full day on Tuesdays or 2 half-days on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to learn about and execute marketing activities with a focus on event management. In addition, you will have the opportunity to explore other areas of marketing, such as the corporate website, digital marketing campaigns, CRM system, or digital marketing material for our global sales teams. We are happy to teach you what we know.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support of website, social media, mail-out activities
  • Maintain and update the contact database
  • Prepare marketing events (conferences, symposia, etc.) together with the event manager
  • Support activities related to the annual Genedata Biopharma Partner Symposium [link]
  • Organization of the advertising material warehouse and promotional material
  • Assist the marketing team with the production of digital product collateral such as flyers, presentations, or product overviews

Skills & Experience

  • Enrollment at a university, ideally with Life Science specialization
  • Good technical understanding of software applications
  • You show above-average willingness to perform
  • Strong service orientation, friendly, and distinctive team player
  • Well-organized
  • Reliable, independent, and accurate way of working
  • Good written and spoken English
  • You feel comfortable in using Excel and PowerPoint
