About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong client relationships, generating new business, resolving conflicts, supervising account representatives, and tracking sales metrics. Your consultative approach, combined with your deep understanding of the industry, will drive successful outcomes for our clients.
This full-time position is based in our office in Basel, Switzerland, but may have responsibility for specific geographic areas and/or specific accounts throughout Europe and North America. This position requires up to 20% travel within Europe on a regular basis and occasional international travel.

Skills & Experience
We are looking for a qualified salesperson with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to be a key member of our Account Management Team. The successful candidate will have the following background:
- A minimum of 2 years of B2B software and/or consulting sales experience: You’ve successfully sold complex solutions to enterprise clients.
- Biopharmaceutical Industry Knowledge: Demonstrable familiarity with biopharma processes, regulations, and challenges, particularly around digital transformation.
- Clear Communication: The ability to communicate the value behind the sophisticated scientific solutions we provide. The ability to be clear, concise and to the point- and to be able to think on your feet.
- Experience in Mass Spectrometry: While not mandatory, experience in mass spectrometry is a significant advantage. It allows you to engage in deeper conversations with clients, especially those in drug discovery and development.
