About the Role

Do you have a scientific background in large molecule research and development? Are you passionate about conveying ideas, concepts, and business benefits in a succinct and catchy manner? Are you curious about how innovative software dramatically increases the productivity of drug discovery?

We want you to relate to the data analysis needs of countless scientists, learn how our software potentiates their time and creativity to make better discoveries – and convey this message to a broad audience across multiple channels. We want you to craft appealing adverts, presentations, videos, and other types of engaging content. Ultimately, we want you to help biopharma scientists discover our software and grasp its potential to transform their research.

Your Responsibilities

  • Understand, summarize, and reflect key values that our software products provide to biopharma R&D; working with our business development teams
  • Conduct market and lead research and establish relevant messages for biopharmaceutical scientists
  • Identify different research groups within biopharma organizations and their business-critical data analysis needs and translate this knowledge into case studies highlighting the benefits of our software in each domain
  • Plan communication strategies and execute marketing activities together with the marketing team
  • Create marketing material for conversations with biopharma prospects
  • Craft appealing adverts, videos, infographics

Skills & Experience

  • MSc or PhD in a life science or in bioinformatics and work experience directly related to large molecule drug discovery research
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Creative, pro-active, autonomous mindset
  • Proficiency in English with excellent writing skills (beyond writing scientific papers, grants, or posters)
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design and video tools
  • Strong initiative and dedication to quality of work with a hands-on mentality
