Previous Symposium Highlights
Partner Symposium 2026
The 2026 Genedata Partner Symposium in Basel brought together industry leaders for two days of high‑impact talks on automation, AI‑native R&D, digitalized CMC, NGS‑driven biosafety, and more. Deep-dive breakout sessions explored data FAIRification, advanced analytics, and the innovations shaping the future of biopharma.
Learn MorePartner Symposium 2025
The 2025 Genedata Partner Symposium brought together leaders in Boston to discuss key digitalization-focused topics including wet- and dry-lab integration, streamlined decision-making during clinical trials, and other advances in biopharma R&D. Breakout sessions covered high-throughput screening data analysis, advanced biotherapeutic characterization, and the use of AI agents in a GxP-validated environment. The symposium also recognized 2025’s award recipients — congratulations on their achievements!
Learn MorePartner Symposium 2024
In 2024, the symposium in Basel featured sessions on the evolution of digitalized biologics workflows, data-driven efficiency, automated mass spectrometry (MS) analytics, and advances in antibody, cell and gene therapy (CGT), and antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) development. Participants explored high-throughput screening, MS-based characterization, and data standardization, among other impactful topics, to drive more consistent, insight-driven decisions across R&D.

Partner Symposium 2023
At the 2023 symposium in Boston, industry leaders shared practical insights into the digitalization of biopharma R&D. Discussions focused on AI/ML, high-throughput mass spectrometry, single-cell data technologies, and evolving biologics and bioprocess workflows. Additional themes included assay management, advanced mass spectrometry data analytics, translational research, and other advances in biopharma R&D.

Partner Symposium 2022
This event in Basel addressed the challenges of modernizing R&D workflows and the growing importance of data integration and automation. Discussions highlighted advances in biologics discovery, streamlined discovery screening, and next-generation data analytics powered by innovative analytical technologies. Participants explored high-throughput protein analysis, automated characterization workflows, integrated analytical platforms, and emerging mRNA and cellular assay technologies.

The Genedata Partner Symposium began in 2014 as a small gathering of scientific and IT experts in Basel using Genedata in their daily work. As one of the few forums bridging science and IT, it quickly grew into a vibrant community where senior leaders shared how they advanced biopharma R&D with Genedata.
Over time, it became clear that professionals value a dedicated forum to connect with peers and discuss emerging topics in a pre-competitive setting. The Partner Symposium evolved to meet this need, becoming an established platform for learning how organizations digitalize workflows to address data management challenges and drive impact across R&D programs.
