The Collaborative Concept behind Genedata ToxPedia™

ToxPedia has been developed in close collaborations with several leading pharmaceutical companies, addressing their needs and requirements. In addition, Genedata’s membership in research consortia such as InnoMed PredTox, Biocop, NewGeneris, Carcinogenomics and Proligen – all focusing on biomarker identification in the field of predictive toxicology – has brought extensive knowledge to ToxPedia.

In order to support the growth of knowledge in Systems Toxicology and the capabilities of interdisciplinary teams, Genedata is determined to strengthen existing relationships and to pursue new collaborations.

Addressing complex biological and technical challenges with a secure computational environment designed for large multi-site collaborations, we want to make ToxPedia the data analysis and management platform of choice for Predictive Systems Toxicology.

“InnoMed’s researchers rely on this computational environment to support and manage their scientific activities”

Predtox Project Manager, Sanofi-Aventis R&D.
