Our Professional Services team oversees the full installation, deployment and rollout process for Genedata products enabling customers to quickly become operational.

Key Activities

• Set up, configure and optimize required third-party software such as the Oracle RDBMS

• Implement templates and adaptors to facilitate data transfer between in-house systems
• Migrate data from legacy or phased-out databases and applications, including export, reformatting, referencing, and consolidation
• Tune and configure Genedata products for customer-specific processes or large data volumes, for instance through adaptation to compute clusters
• Specify hardware constellations which maximize Genedata software performance through optimal allocation of memory, disc space, processors and other resources
