Poster: Quantifying Bioactivity on a Large Scale - Quality Assurance and Analysis of Multiparametric uHTS Data

We present a joint case study with Novartis demonstrating how multiparametric readouts from a high throughput, primary screen can be used to systematically discriminate process artifacts, imprecise readouts, and compound interferences from reliable signals. As part of an advanced analysis workflow, this procedure improves decision quality in the hit identification process, which, in turn, results in a significant increase in hit verification rate measured against a validation screen in this study.
