Condoseo
Condoseo enables large-scale assessment of compound potency and provides an interactive overview of all secondary and counter screen data and fit results. Users can fit and review thousands of Dose Response Curves (DRCs) within minutes.
Novel computational methods for processing and comparing large DRC sets have been incorporated in Condoseo, replacing the tedious process of analyzing individual DRCs. This allows for the efficient determination of potency in secondary and counter screens and performing potency and selectivity measurements on tens of thousands of compounds.
