Assay Analyzer
Assay Analyzer supports processing, quality assurance and analysis of plate-based screening data, from single plates to entire screening campaigns. The module features flexible data capture, configurable input calculations, standardized processing and quality assurance, and overviews with drill-down capability.
Fully HTS and HCS compatible, Assay Analyzer allows users to load multi-feature data from hundreds of thousands of compounds in a single session. Data validation is accelerated, while automated error detection and correction with sophisticated visualization and reporting tools increase the quality of results.
