From Raw Screening Data to High Quality Hits and Leads

Genedata Screener® consists of five modules and a database which work together to process, manage and analyze large volumes of HTS and HCS data. Kinetics Analyzer
Captures time series data originating from any plate-based experiment, independent of reader or technology; Powerfully enables processing, visualization, quality control and corporate-wide management of kinetic assay data.

High Content Analyzer
Captures assay data from all plate-based experiments, independent of HCS reader, technology or image analysis software; Efficiently processes multi-featured data sets, ranging in size from a single plate to thousands of plates, and performs systematic quality control on the complete data set.

Condoseo
Fits thousands of dose-response curves within minutes for efficient IC50 determination in validation and assay panel screens; Uses built-in heuristics and robust methods to ensure optimal precision of IC50 values; Large-scale review, flagging and reporting functions for generating secondary hit lists.

Hit Profiler
Combines biological, chemical and physicochemical data from multiple sources and displays them for up to tens of thousands of compounds; Efficiently filters these for systematic hit and lead identification; Provides database-stored compound annotation; promotes cross-functional communication in hit-to-lead process.

Database Explorer
Enables management, organization and sharing of all screening data and results via the Screener Database; Indispensable hub for the systematic organization and management of screening data by users across an enterprise.
