Product Sheet
for Label-Free Screening
Genedata Screener® for Label-Free data analysis covers the complete screening process from raw, time-trace data to final campaign results. Integrating with Label-Free instruments, based on for example Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) and impedance, it supports experiment analysis from these instruments in the same environment.
With time-series traces displayed next to your screening results in Genedata Screener, it’s easy to identify unexpected or suspicious trace measurement during plate QC, or confirm the relevance of hit comparison with traces for a known Mechanism of Action (MoA). For interactive definition of aggregation rules, you can specify the time-slice of interest and a statistical robust calculation method (e.g. by median, slope, area under the curve). This allows you to adjust analysis to fluctuations of controls and systematically identify new trace shapes not known at the time of assay setup.
Providing a single-point access for results from all Label-Free instruments, Genedata Screener standardizes quality control and analysis, and manages raw data and derived results for enterprise-wide access and interpretation.
Genedata Screener® integrates with widely-used Label-Free platforms to create single-point access to all Label-Free data. Today, Genedata customers are running on one or more of the following instruments:
- SPR based : Biacore T100 (GE) and EPIC® (Corning Inc.)
- Impedence based: CellKey™ and xCELLigence (Roche Applied Sciences)
This high degree of compatibility gives our customers:
- Uniform data analysis workflow, including efficient quality control and screening data analysis
- Interactive visualization of kinetics traces during complete data analysis pipeline
- Instant access to time traces and results, including downstream applications across different geographies
“The Screener system is unrivaled when it comes to the flexible and efficient integration of third-party infrastructure, and the easy templating for our complex assay setups impresses our screening teams.”
Francisco Asensio, IT manager at Fundacion MEDINA
- Standardized Quality Control for raw data from all label-free instruments
- Generate biologically more significant results through the use of the full depth of time-trace data.
- Increased data analysis flexibility with capabilities such as interactive on-the-fly adaptation of aggregation rules or customer specific aggregation rules via APIs
- Concentrated data analysis time independent of throughput (e.g. through instant and interactive access to time-traces and statistics from well to entire campaigns).
- Consistent enterprise wide data analysis through one stop solution providing access to data from different label-free instruments
