Genedata Phylosopher® is a modular system allowing users to license only the required parts, be it for sequence and genome management, promoter regulatory analysis or pathway exploration. At any point, modules can be added or removed according to evolving needs.
Each module has a web interface which offers:
- Powerful batch search and filtering capabilities
- Interactive graphical tools which can be launched in a context-sensitive manner to drill deeply into the data
- Comprehensive summary pages (e.g. for genes)
All of the modules are tightly integrated, allowing users to go from a signaling pathway to a genomic regulatory region in a few clicks.
In addition, Phylosopher can communicate with the Genedata Expressionist software to create a seamless expression analysis and biological interpretation workflow.
