1-channel microarrays
- Expressionist is tightly integrated with the Affymetrix platform and GeneChip compatible. Supported are Affymetrix GeneChip® Arrays (including Plate-Set format) and GeneChip® Exon Arrays (including HuGene-1_0.ST format)

2-channel microarrays
- The main image quantification software packages are supported (e.g. Agilent, ArrayVision, GenePix, etc.)
- A built-in wizard enables importing and working with any commercial or self-spotted microarrays

Protein microarrays
- Commercial and self-spotted protein arrays are supported (e.g. Zeptosens)
|
|
Bead assays
- Illumina BeadChip® Arrays are supported

Luminex xMAP® bead assays are supported both in their raw and in the BioRad pre-processed format

2-D Gels
- The main image quantification software packages are supported (e.g. Nonlinear Dynamics, GeneBio, GE Healthcare, Bio-Rad, Scimagix, Definiens, etc.)
- Our partnership with Nonlinear Dynamics and GeneBio ensures a tight integration

Mass spectrometry
- 1D setups: The main configurations (e.g. MALDI-TOF, SELDI, etc.), public standard mzXML and NetCDF formats, and the main vendors (Bruker, Thermo, Waters, Leco, etc.) are supported
